N&C Integrated Correctional Solutions is led by an executive leader with over 25 years experience in community corrections. Charles R. Robinson has served in leadership positions supporting professionals in the probation and pretrial services fields. From line officer to supervisor, from middle manager to senior executive, Charles has advanced the work of the field through direct action, coaching, and impactful leadership. He has also served as a volunteer board member for recognized nonprofits providing valuable program support and guidance to improve the field.
Charles has earned the recognition and respect of the field by communicating the values of N&C Integrated Correctional Solutions: justice and equity for both those served by the system and those serving in the system. Additionally, Charles has conducted research and published articles and data that have impacted the way we both see and support the work. He is also a recognized author of programs used successfully in the field including Decision Points, SAFE (Stopping Abuse for Everyone) and EPICS II (Effective Practices in Correctional Settings II).
Additional team members represent both professionals and experts in criminal justice, evidence-based programs, and implementation science.
